NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL MEETING OF VERSA

The American Saddlebred Versatility Association,

A Charter Club of the ASHBA

The Board of Directors of VERSA hereby gives notice that the Annual Meeting of VERSA, the American Saddlebred Versatility Association, a Charter Club of the ASHBA, will be held via ZOOM on February 15, 2026, beginning at 7 p.m. central time.  The ZOOM invitation can be found below.  It is anticipated that the meeting will last between 60 and 90 minutes.

Individuals with an interest in the promotion of the versatile American Saddlebred horse are welcome to join the meeting and all have voice.  Only current members of VERSA (established by payment of dues for 2026) have voice and vote.  At the Annual Meeting, activities of VERSA and its members during 2025 will be reviewed; priorities for 2026 will be established; announcement of voting results for members of the Board and appointment of the Treasurer will be made, and Committee memberships will be discussed.
